All Kling API prices per second

Kling lists units per second for each combination. The tracker multiplies by $0.14 per unit for Kling 3.0 and its variants, and about $0.1538 per unit for Kling 4.0 and 4.0 Flash (flagship pack). Both prices are derived, because Kling's page prints units, and packs differ by size.

Resolution and audio

fal.ai reseller prices

fal.ai sells Kling 3.0 at the same figures as Kling's own API converted at $0.14 per unit:

fal does not print the resolution. The figures match Kling's 720p (Standard) and 1080p (Pro) rates, which is the basis for the mapping. Voice control adds a surcharge on both. The advantage of fal is that you buy no prepaid pack; see the reseller comparison. Kling 4.0 had no price in fal's static page, so it is not tracked there.

Worked example: one 8-second 1080p clip with audio

RoutePer second8 s attempt
Kling 3.0, 1080p with audio$0.168/s$1.34
Kling 3.0 Turbo, 1080p with audio$0.14/s$1.12
Kling 4.0, 1080p, native audio$0.231/s$1.85

Totals are 8 times the rate shown. The Kling 3.0 figures use the $0.14 general unit price, so a larger pack lowers them.

Worked example: a 30-second finished video

You need four 8-second clips. At an assumed keeper rate of 50% you generate eight, which is 64 seconds. The keeper rate is a placeholder; swap in your own with the calculator.

At 720p with audio the same job costs about $8.06 on Kling 3.0 and $7.17 on Turbo. Upscale and voice add-ons are not priced here.

Pack or per-second reseller?

Kling's packs start in the hundreds of dollars and expire after 180 days, so the unit price you get depends on how much you buy. If your monthly spend is small, fal.ai charges Kling's own 3.0 rates with no pack. If you will spend several thousand dollars, the large pack lowers the unit price to $0.126 for 3.0, a 10% cut, while Kling 4.0 packs bring the price to about $0.149 per unit.

Verdict

Cheapest silent draft: Kling 3.0 at 720p. Cheapest with audio: Kling 3.0 Turbo at 720p. Pick 4.0 when you need it and do not use input video casually, since both input and output seconds are billed. Use fal.ai if you do not want a prepaid pack.
